Margo Fraser Wilson is a London based Scottish artist whose practice explores the agency of material, impermanence, and duration in sculpture and live work. Working across site specific installation, video, and performance, Wilson’s work is grounded in personal history and sustained philosophical inquiry, with a particular interest in paradox, vulnerability, and the quiet instability of matter. Her interdisciplinary approach brings together intuitive making and conceptual transformation, often employing materials that absorb, obscure, or resonate rather than assert form. She is interested in how attention, listening, and withdrawal operate as sculptural conditions. Wilson is currently completing an MFA in Sculpture at the Slade School of Fine Art and holds a BA and MPhil in Philosophy, alongside MA degrees in Writing and Contemporary Art Practice from the Royal College of Art. Her work has been shown in the Royal Scottish Academy Annual Exhibitions, the Czech Centre London, and in a Tate Lates group show at Tate Modern.
